Happy Conference Saturday! We hope you find today's messages uplifting and inspiring. Today we'll reflect on how we can better seek counsel from the Lord instead of counseling Him according to our wants and wishes. As we dive in, take a moment to pause and focus your thoughts on the Lord.
Wherefore, brethren, seek not to counsel the Lord, but to take counsel from his hand. For behold, ye yourselves know that he counseleth in wisdom, and in justice, and in great mercy, over all his works. Jacob 4:10

How can you take counsel from the Lord's hand today?
It's natural to pray and ask the Lord to bless our lives according to our view of what is best. However, it's not our job to counsel the Lord. It takes humility and faith, but when we pray for His counsel we can trust that the counsel will always be what is best. So seek to know what the Lord would have you do today instead of telling Him what you think He should do!
